2018 Pay and Morale Survey is now open

Don’t miss out on the chance to have your say on pay and morale

Our biggest survey of the year is now open.

The pay and morale survey is the only survey which enables you, our members, to have your say on pay and conditions.

More than 33,000 of you shared your views last year which led to us insisting that a pay uplift of 3.4% is considered by the Police Remuneration Review Body this year. Additionally, we have argued that the 1% element of last year’s uplift that was unconsolidated should now be consolidated, and should not affect this year’s uplift.

The PFEW General Secretary Andy Fittes said: “Your views are really important to us and provide us with a crucial source of evidence which we use in our submission to the Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB) at the end of the year.

“Your participation in this survey also enables us to reflect your opinions on a range of topics and open a debate with Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabularies and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS), the College of Policing, the Home Office, politicians and other key stakeholders, in a step towards improving better pay and working conditions for all officers.”

To maintain the integrity of the data collected, we are working to ensure the survey is only completed by police officers, therefore it is only available via our direct email to your PNN account or if you contact us via FedAdmin@nthwales.pnn.police.uk to request the link.

The survey closes on 15 May.
