The hub will provide North Wales Police officers, staff and pensioners with a resilient in-house service delivering one-to-ones, expertise, advice and guidance. They will be responsible for all police pension schemes and local government pension schemes and act as the contact for our pension administrators XPS (Police) and Gwynedd County Council (Staff).
The Hub officially launches on the 1st February 2021. Further information on the services the Hub will offer are enclosed along with the contact details for all the staff. This is a positive collaboration demonstrating our commitment to improve the pension service for our employees.
