Pensions update
The Home Office have circulated a pensions fact sheet (dated 30 October 2019).
Whilst it does not say anything different from the updates PFEW have previously provided it may reassure our members that Government intends to rectify the detrimental impact of the discrimination for all those effected, and not just claimants.
There is still a significant amount of work to go and it will be some time before all the answers for individuals are available. We will continue to update as the matter progresses.
